Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays). Estimated shipping times do not include the additional 1-3 business days of warehouse processing time due to COVID-19 safety protocols.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard shipping is not guaranteed by the carrier. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances that can occur while the order is in transit. 

During promotions and holidays shipments may be delayed slightly due to higher than normal order volumes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Free standard shipping is offered for all orders over $150 USD subtotal.

If a discount code is used on an order, the order must remain above the minimums ($150 USD) in order to qualify for free shipping. This promotion always runs, so there's no need for discount codes!

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can use the track order tab on our page to track your order. 

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time:

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Most orders ship out from our warehouse within 48 hours after they are placed. Orders would take anywhere between 5-21 business days to arrive and it depends on each country. No matter where you are, you can order from us! Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays. Estimated shipping times do not include the 1-3 business days of warehouse processing time.

Customs Duty & Import Fees

CUSTOMS DUTY

Let's start at the beginning. Goods - such as the Cristian Moretti products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so Cristian Moretti isn't involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. For example, many countries have a 'low value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

WHAT IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?

If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Cristian Moretti, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!

How do I cancel my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours or less. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, you can contact us at support@cristianmoretti.com within 1 hour of order placement to cancel your order.

Can I change my order?

We are able to make some changes to shipping prior to the order being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please email us - support@cristianmoretti.com

Once a package is shipped or in the process of being shipped, we are not able to make any changes to shipping-related issues or item size / color modifications.

*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

What is your return policy?

We offer unmatched 15 days money-back guarantee, so you can feel comfortable and stress-free while order from us. Returns are accepted for all unworn/unaltered items with all tags still attached within 15 days of purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment or exchange for a different size, color or item.

  • Shipping and return costs are non-refundable
  • Items must be returned in their original bag
  • items must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Items must be mailed within 15 days of your purchase date
  • Do not return before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost

* Please note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return *

Can I return for store credit?

Yes, if you want to return your purchase but would rather have a store credit instead of a refund, send us an email at support@cristianmoretti.com and our team will take care of it. 

A one-time discount code for the equivalent amount of your returned order will be sent to you for future usage.

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely! We offer exchanges for a different size, color or item for all unworn/unaltered items within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Items must be returned in their original bag

  • Items must be mailed within 30 days of your purchase date

To start your exchange process, please email our team at support@cristianmoretti.com

Your exchange order will ship after the original order has been received and processed by our warehouse team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to process and be shipped once it has been received by our warehouse team. When we receive your return, as well as when we dispatch the exchange order, you will receive an email from our team.

* Please note that we can only accept exchanges for each item once.

What size should I order?

For sizing we recommend using our sizing guide chart in order to select your perfect Cristian Moretti size. The size chart can be found below the product description. Please note that sizing may slightly differ depending on the jacket style you are looking at and therefore we recommend using the sizing guide for each style you are looking to purchase. Product dimensions may vary by 1-3 cm.

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.
