Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after processing is:
6–21 business days, depending on your location and carrier logistics.
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary during promotions and holidays, due to high demand, customs delays, or global shipping disruptions;
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays;
- We cannot guarantee delivery timing estimates due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances that can occur in transit; and
- Depending on your location, our carriers may not be be able to offer Standard shipping rates,
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update depending on the carrier.
Multiple Shipments
Items may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@cristianmoretti.com so we can help to resolve the issue.
